Psychology And Coaching Excellence (PACE)
Psychology And Coaching Excellence (PACE) Professional Program is designed for advanced professionals who have been in business, human resources, psychology, and/or leadership development for many years. This seasoned professional is looking to bridge the gap between current knowledge and future application of coaching. He or she is interested in understanding how to use his or her current skillset and apply it to coaching. Because coaching doesn’t happen in a vacuum, our program structure is designed to work closely with the organization to perform a simple GAP analysis to determine what has been learned and what the desired outcome is for future learning in the organization. Our experience has taught us that the one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t fit professionals with specialized training, experience, and expertise. Therefore, we customize our approach based on what has been learned before to maximize time and engagement.
You will work with an ICF-accredited, MCC-level mentor coach, to develop the program best for you. Our modules can be customized to include the following:
-
Appreciative Inquiry Coaching
Appreciative Inquiry Coaching is an approach used to help individuals achieve a future goal by focusing on developing their strengths based on their past positive experiences. Coaches who use Appreciative Inquiry help individuals find untapped energy, creativity, and inspiration in themselves and their experiences and use them to realize their vision.
-
Coaching Leaders
Coaching leaders are known to provide many benefits in the workplace environment. Their goal is to help individuals recognize their unique strengths and weaknesses. They are excellent at providing career guidance, building bench strength, and advancing people’s skills.
-
Cognitive Behavior Approaches to Coaching
Emotional Intelligence Coaching is an extremely effective method of bringing about changes in people. It is designed to help individuals manage their emotional states effectively. Individuals with low EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) are commonly plagued by issues such as fear, anxiety, depression, and frustration. Emotional intelligence coaching aims to convert all these negative emotions into positive ones to self-empower individuals.
-
Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is an approach aimed at achieving long-term behavioral change based on the assumption that our behavior is influenced by our subjective interpretation of situations we encounter. In short, our reactions and decisions are ultimately dictated by how we think and view things.
-
Neuro Linguistic Programming & Coaching
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) refers to the study of the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro), language (linguistic), and behavior (programming). In coaching, it is an approach that deals with the many levels involved in being human and involves the development of behavioral competence and flexibility.
-
MBTI Basics and Coaching
The Myers-Briggs Type Inventory is a tool used to help individuals gain sight to how people should structure their reality and make sense of things happening in their environment.
-
Motivational Interviewing in Coaching
This is another type of coaching to bring about behavioral change, wherein the coach helps the client explore and resolve ambivalence and then find the best possible solution. This method involves asking questions and acting as a soundboard for the client to determine the cause of his or her conflict and ultimately change to resolve it. The interview questions are designed to be non-judgmental, non-confrontational, and non-adversarial. ICF Core Competencies and Ethics are the only required modules for the training. The others are based on needs of the individual/organizational goals. At the end of the training, you will thoroughly understand how to effectively use and recognize the ICF Core Competencies and Ethics.
